TEMP Essentials was built to bring focus back to foundations. In today’s fast-paced dance culture, many dancers skip the basics, but strong foundations are what create strong, versatile artists. This program helps dancers slow down, train with intention, and truly understand groove, rhythm, and core styles.
By returning to the fundamentals, you don’t move backward. You build the tools that let you grow further, with more control, confidence, and clarity.

MONTH 1 — HIP-HOP FOUNDATIONS
Groove, rhythm, musicality, and core hip-hop movement.
MONTH 2 — HOUSE FOUNDATIONS
Footwork, flow, stamina, and movement quality.
MONTH 3 — AFRO FOUNDATIONS
Coordination, texture, cultural movement, and expression.
