TEMP Collective is a mentorship-driven dance program built for artists who want more than just class. We support dancers in building strong foundations, intentional training habits, and sustainable careers, both in movement and beyond it. Through structured programs, guided mentorship, and community-centered learning, TEMP Collective bridges the gap between taking class and truly developing as an artist. Our mission is to create space for growth that honors the process, prioritizes longevity, and encourages dancers to move with purpose and intention.
Inside TEMP Collective, dancers train through a well-rounded approach that extends beyond choreography. Our programs integrate foundational training, physical development, mental support, and artistic growth to support dancers in a sustainable way. We collaborate with experienced educators, movement specialists, and mental performance coaches who understand the demands of dance. At TEMP Collective, we treat artists as athletes, supporting not only how they move, but how they think, train, and recover.

Tristan Edpao is a Los Angeles–based professional dancer, choreographer, and mentor with over two decades of experience in movement and training. After beginning his journey in 2005 through collegiate dance teams, he transitioned into the professional industry, performing across television, national campaigns, music videos, and international tours.
Having worked throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, Tristan’s global career has shaped his approach to longevity, discipline, and adaptability in dance.
Beyond performance, Tristan’s true passion lies in mentorship and education. He has taught in over 22 countries and is dedicated to supporting dancers beyond choreography alone. This vision led to the creation of TEMP Collective, an in-person, community-centered mentorship platform focused on intentional training, strong foundations, and sustainable artistic growth.
Through TEMP Collective, Tristan aims to build the space he once wished he had. One where dancers are supported as artists, athletes, and individuals, and where growth is guided by purpose, process, and care.
